HB 413, 61st R.S.
Relating to who may not be licensed to drive motor vehicles, by providing that the Department of Public Safety may allow certain individuals over eighteen years of age to accompany a driver with an instruction permit; providing that the Department may consider enrollment in a vocational educational program as a factor in issuing hardship licenses to persons between fifteen and eighteen years of age.
