HB 418, 49th R.S.
Relating to amending certain Acts relating to Kaufman County, and providing that certain fish may be caught or taken from fresh waters of Kaufman County with net, seine, traps, and permitting possession and sale of certain fish to be sold; providing that bass, trout, crappie, white perch, bream, other perch, and channel catfish shall be returned to the waters from which taken; prohibiting any person from going upon the lands of another for the purpose of catching fish and providing a penalty therefor; providing penalties for violations.
