HB 654, 52nd R.S.
Relating to regulating the sale of milk, providing for the numbering of containers used by Grade A producers in Texas to prohibit milk from losing its identity from the point of origin to the distributor or producer, and requiring identification from the point of origin of all milk shipped in from other States and requiring inspection by Texas Health officers and that same be produced under the same standards as are required in the State of Texas for milk produced within the State; providing a penalty.
