SB 976, 63rd R.S.
Providing for a central record of all incorporated cities, towns, and villages of every class in this state, their boundaries, annexations, disannexations, mergers, consolidations, dissolutions and dates of incorporation; containing a provision relating to the effective date of all such annexations, disannexations, mergers, consolidations and dissolutions; requiring an annual report by cities, towns and villages having a population of less than 600 inhabitants according to the last preceding federal census; providing for certification of inactive municipal corporations to the attorney general; providing for severability.
