Relating to amending an Act relating to the Texas State Board of Health Vital Statistics, and to establishing Charbon districts, providing that persons residing therein shall report all animals suffering with Charbon to the county health officer, who shall report same to the State Board of Health and providing for physicians to report all persons suffering said diseases, and providing that the County Health Officer may issue a proclamation prohibiting stock from running at large, providing penalties.
