Relating to providing additional compensation for the members of the Railroad Commission of Texas, payable one-half out of the Regulating Pipe Line Fund, and one-half out of the "Gas Utilities Fund," said sums to be paid in monthly installments by warrants drawn by the State Comptroller on the State Treasurer, as provided in said Acts for other salaries and expenses.
