Relating to making an appropriation to pay the heirs of Dr. Johnson Hunter an amount as reimbursement for cattle killed and slaughtered and corn and hogs used by the army of General Sam Houston at or about the time of the battle of San Jacinto, said property having been the property of the said Dr. Johnson Hunter and never having been paid for.
