Relating to amending certain statutes so as to regulate the sale of gas for the prevention of further waste; providing that the sale of gas for less than 10 cents per thousand cubic feet shall constitute waste; providing exceptions; prescribing certain powers of the Railroad Commission of Texas; defining "gas" and "cubic foot of gas" as used herein.
