Relating to making an appropriation to the Texas State Parks Board of the sum of One Hundred Thousand ($100,000) Dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, out of any funds in the State Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to provide for separate equal facilities for Negroes in the State Parks System of Texas.
