Providing for incorporation of the business of existing liquefied petroleum gas wholesale and retail dealers without relicensing; providing for minimum storage requirements for retail and wholesale dealers by excepting certian dealers licensed prior to September 1, 1975, and certain other dealers; providing for relicensing after business cessation; amending and adding to the required insurance coverage.
