Commending Texas Tech University for its service to the state; providing that a copy of this resolution be prepared for the Board of Regents of Texas Tech University to be deposited in the university archives as a matter of permanent record and inspiration to those who follow in the footsteps of the many illustrious individuals whose loyal efforts contributed so greatly to the first 50 dynamic years of Texas Tech University.
