Realting to the payment of current operating expenses of certain authorized counties and hospital districts; authorizing the execution of revenue anticipation agreements by which advances can be made of operating funds to the districts and providing for their repayment during the term of the agreement; authorizing the delivery of bonds to evidence obligations to repay such advances and pledging revenues and taxes as security therefor; providing methods of enforcement; providing certain limitations and terms.
