Providing for an office of Court Administration of the Texas Judicial System; defining terms; providing for the promulgation of rules by the supreme court; creating an office of court administration headed by an administrative director who shall serve as executive director of the Texas Civil Judicial Council, and providing for his duties and responsibilities; prescribing the extent of the application of this Act.
