Consolidating the State Board of Registration for Public Surveyors and the Board of Examiners of Licensed State Land Surveyors into the Texas Board of Land Surveying and defining the membership, powers, duties, functions, procedures, and administration of the board; subjecting the board to the Texas Sunset Act; relating to the qualifications for registration and licensure under this Act and to the authority and duties of registrants and licensees; making certain exemptions; providing offenses and penalties.
