Relating to authorizing the Commissioners Courts of Armstrong, Potter and Randall Counties to pay the District Judge of the 47th Judicial District a reasonable sum not to exceed $6,000 per annum; authorizing the Commissioners Court of Potter County to pay the District Judge of the 108th Judicial District a reasonable sum not to exceed $6,000 per annum.
