HB 423, 30th R.S.
Relating to authorizing and permitting the territory situated within the bounds of the town of Claude, in the county of Armstrong and State of Texas, and other lands and territory adjacent thereto, to incorporate as an independent school district, for free school purposes only, to be known as the Claude Independent School District, with all the powers, rights and duties of independent school districts formed by incorporations of towns and villages for free school purposes only.
