Relating to creating an Independent School District to be known as "Texhoma Independent School District," and to provide for the creation of a board of trustees and authorizing the board of trustees to levy, assess and collect special taxes and to issue bonds for buildings, and to pay current expenses for the maintenance and support of said school, and to have full control and management of said school district.
