HB 1149, 63rd R.S.
Enabling county Commissioners Courts in counties having a population of more than 700,000 according to the last federal census, same being the counties of Harris, Dallas, Bexar and Tarrant, to supplement the compensation of Judges of the Court of Criminal Appeals from county funds; and providing expressly that such compensation shall be in addition to the amounts paid to the Judges by the state.
