HB 1160, 45th R.S.
Relating to providing that any city having a population of more than one hundred fifty thousand (150,000) and less than two hundred thousand (200,000), as shown by the preceding federal Census, shall have power and authority to amend its charter so as to extend its boundary limits, where the territory so annexed does not include any incorporated city, town or village having more than five thousand (5,000) inhabitants according to the preceding Federal Census.
