HB 162, 36th R.S.
Relating to providing for the licensing and supervision of maternity hospitals and child-caring and child-placing agencies, providing for the creation of the State Board of Public Welfare; providing for the appointment of the applicant to conduct Maternity Hospitals and Child-Caring and Child-Placing agencies and the granting of license therefor; providing for a penalty for the violation of the provision of this act.
