SB 163, 47th R.S.
Relating to providing for and regulating appropriations from moneys in the State Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to supplement local funds for the support, maintenance, operation, and improvement of the Public Junior Colleges of Texas as named in this Act; providing for an annual appropriation of Three Hundred twenty-five Thousand ($325,000) Dollars for each of the fiscal years beginning September 1, 1941, and September 1, 1942.
