HB 176, 52nd R.S.
Relating to providing for a more effective means for the education of the people of this State in order to protect the welfare, health, safety, peace and temperance of the citizens of Texas; regulating the labeling and advertising of malt liquor, vinous liquor and distilled spirits; requiring the use of certain words and phrases in connection therewith; prescribing certain duties of the Texas Liquor Control Board; authorizing certain rules and regulations; stating the purpose of this act; providing penalties for violation.
