SB 185, 48th R.S.
Relating to making a specific appropriation out of the General Revenue Fund of the State of Texas not otherwise appropriated, to pay a judgment obtained by National Biscuit Company against the State of Texas pursuant to the resolution granted by the State of Texas to the said National Biscuit Company authorizing it to sue the State of Texas for the recovery of filing fees and franchise taxes paid to the Secretary of the State of Texas, which filing fees and franchise taxes the Courts of the State of Texas held to have been illegally collected.
