SB 201, 56th R.S.
Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure by providing that bills of exception shall be delivered to the trial judge within ninety (90) days after giving notice of appeal and that such judge shall thereafter have until one hundred (100) days have elapsed after notice of appeal was given within which to consider and act on the same.
