HB 22, 51st 1st C.S.
Relating to amending a previous Act, the exemption of lands and improvements owned by the United States of America from taxation, so as to provide that all personal property located on said lands owned by private parties and all parts of said lands and improvements used and occupied by private parties shall be subject to taxation; providing a saving clause; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict.
