HB 256, 55th R.S.
Relating to amending the Insurance Code of Texas, 1951, fixing the annual license fee to agents at Twenty-five Dollars; prescribing the fund into which the license fee shall be placed, by placing a tax equal to five per cent of the premium paid for insurance to unauthorized insurers; prescribing the manner in which and by whom such tax shall be paid; providing a penalty.
