SB 272, 49th R.S.
Relating to appropriating the sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500.00), or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy, according to the terms thereof, the judgment rendered against the State of Texas in favor of the Mount Olivet Cemetery Company of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, in Cause No. 25570-A, in the 96th District Court of Tarrant County, Texas, such judgment having been rendered on the 9th day of August, 1943, and not having been appealed from by the State of Texas or the Texas Highway Commission, defendants in said suit, and that said judgment is now a final judgment and the case having been fully and finally disposed of by the said 96th District Court of Tarrant County, Texas.
