SB 312, 47th R.S.
Relating to authorizing the Commissioners' Court in counties not embraced in a regularly constituted District Attorney's District or Criminal District Attorney's District, and wherein the State of Texas is represented in all criminal matters arising in such county by a County Attorney, to designate such office as the office of Criminal District Attorney of such county.
