Relating to requiring that all funds of certain State boards be deposited in the State Treasury and providing for the expenditure thereof in accordance with appropriations made by law; providing that all funds of any Boards, Bureaus, Commissions or other agencies of the State hereafter created by the Legislature shall be deposited in the State Treasury and expended in accordance with appropriations made by law.
