Relating to prohibit the possession of firearms by criminals or subversive elements; to regulate the manufacture, sale, or other transfer and possession of firearms; to provide penalties; to prescribe rules of evidence; to co-ordinate the law enforcement activities of the Police agencies within this State with those of the Federal Government.
