Relating to appropriating Nine Hundred Ninety-One Thousand Seven Hundred Eleven ($991,711.00) Dollars to pay claims for transportation aid duly filed and approved under Senate Bill 185, Chapter 474, Acts of the Regular Session of th Forty-fifth Legislature and House Bill 933, Special Laws, Acts of the Regular Session of the Forty-Sixth Legislature, which Bills appropriated funds for rural aid to public schools, but which claims for lack of funds were not paid.
