Proposing a constitutional amendment to change the name of the Court of Criminal Appeals to the Supreme Court of Criminal Appeals, providing that the Presiding Judge and Judges of said court shall become the Chief Justice and Associate Justices of such court; expanding the jurisdiction and power of such Court to issue writs of mandamus, prohibition, procedendo and certiorari.
