HB 656, 44th R.S.
Relating to fixing the maximum amount of fees officers can receive and retain under provisions of the Maximum Fee Bill in counties having a population of not less than twenty-three thousand (23,000) nor more than twenty-three thousand and seventy-five (23,075), according to the last preceding Federal Census, and which has a tax valuation exceeding twenty-five million dollars, according to the last approved tax rolls of the county.
