HB 764, 52nd R.S.
Relating to providing for a period of limitation of four (4) years within which to present to the Legislature claims against the State or for consent to sue the State upon such claims, and providing that failure to present a claim to the Legislature for payment within such time or to apply for consent to sue upon such claim within such time shall forever bar such claim.
