Proposing an amendment to Section 3 of Article VII of the Constitution of the State of Texas, defining and setting apart an available school fund, authorizing the levying of a general tax therefor, not to exceed 75 cents on the $100 valuation by any county or any school subdivision thereof, for the procuring of sites and erecting and equipping school buildings and the maintenance of the public schools of such county, or school subdivision thereof, and exempting certain districts therefrom.
