Relating to amending and repealing certain Articles of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; designating the funds and securities of which the capital stock of insurance companies shall consist; designating the securities in which funds of such companies may be invested; providing certain limitations on the amount of capital stock of general casualty companies and requiring deposits to be made by such companies.
