Relating to providing for the forfeiture of the office of Chief Justice, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Texas, Court of Criminal Appeals of Texas, of any Court of Civil Appeals of any district in Texas, or any member of the Railroad Commission of Texas who shall become a candidate subject to the action of any political party or organization, or otherwise, for any other office than that of Chief Justice or Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Texas, Court of Criminal Appeals of Texas, or any Court of Civil Appeals of any district in Texas, or Railroad Commission, and for the appointment by the Governor of the State to fill such vacancy.
