Relating to amending certain statute relating to motions for a new trial by providing that it shall not be necessary to set up, as grounds therefor, in motions for a new trial, the rulings of the trial court upon exceptions to the pleadings, the admission or rejection of evidence, and the giving or refusal of instructions in order to appeal from such action.
