Relating to authorizing the Governor of Texas, and the Superintendent of Public Buildings and Grounds to expend the sum of one thousand dollars ($1000), or so much thereof as may be necessary in purchasing and having erected a suitable monument of Texas granite over the grave of ex-Governor J. T. Wood, at Point Blank, San Jacinto County, Texas, providing an appropriation therefor.
