SB 10, 30th R.S.
Relating to private corporations prohibiting insolvent corporations, domestic and foreign, from doing business in this State; providing for quo warranto or other appropriate judicial proceedings to have the charter of permit of such insolvent corporations forfeited or canceled, as the case may be, and also providing for the cancellation of all stocks and bonds issued by any corporation for purposes other than for money paid to, labor done for, or property received by said corporation.
