SB 66, 30th R.S.
Relating to requiring every corporation, manager, lessee, receiver, or owner of any street railway company owning and operating street or electric cars within the corporate limits of any city in the State of Texas, over the streets, alleys and avenues thereof, providing separate cars or separate compartments for the accommodation of white and negro passengers, and providing penalties for the violation thereof, making it a misdemeanor for the corporation, manager, lessee, receiver, or owner of any street railway company to violate the provisions thereof.
