HB 17, 30th 1st C.S.
Relating to providing that no error, defect, omission or informality in any of the proceedings for the levying, assessment or collection of any taxes or in the advertising of or reporting of any property delinquent in taxes, or reporting as sold for taxes or in the description of any property for the purpose of taxation, or in any other proceeding preliminary to a suit for taxes and foreclosing in a tax suit, except under specific circumstances and providing that parol evidence may be used in a suit for taxes to identify the property referred to in the tax records.
