HB 90, 30th 1st C.S.
Relating to providing for the continuance of lawsuits, and providing that if an attorney in or a party to any lawsuit pending in any court in this State and set for trial is a member of the Legislature and is in actual attendance on the session of the Legislature, that the same shall be a cause for a continuance of any suit.
