Relating to amending Articles 2978 and 2982 of the Revised Civil Statutes adopted in 1895 and to amend Article 2979 of said statutes as amended by an Article 2 of the Twenty fifth Legislature entitled an Act to amend Article 2979, Chapter 4, Title 55 of Revised Civil Statutes, relating to Divorces, so as to require plaintiff to reside in the county where suit is filed 12 months next before filing of the suit.
