HB 325, 31st R.S.
Relating to amending Chapter Eleven of the General Laws of the First Called Session of the 29th Legislature, entitled "An Act to regulate elections and to provide penalties for its violations, and to repeal the acts of the Twenty-eighth Legislature, regulating elections," by adding thereto Section 111a, providing that all candidates for office shall prepare and file with the county clerk a sworn statement of said candidate's relations to, and service for, any all corporation for the two years preceding.
