HB 374, 31st R.S.
Relating to amending Chapter 138 of the Acts of the Thirtieth Legislature, approved April 18, 1907, the same being, "An act to regulate the sale and disposition of spirituous, vinous and malt liquors and medicated bitters capable of producing intoxication, etc." and adding Section 9a, 9b, 9c, 9d, 9e, 9f, 9g, 9h, 9i, 9j, prescribing the method and procedure for the ascertainment of the facts upon which forfeiture is based, and prescribing the duties of the county judge, Comptroller of Public Accounts, and the county attorney.
