Relating to amending Sections 24 and 32 of Chapter 164 of the Acts of the Twenty-ninth Legislature, by providing for the deposit in county depository of all moneys belonging to counties by officers in charge thereof, and for the exemption of said officers from any loss caused by the failure or negligence of such depositories.
