Relating to amending Section 1, 12 and 20 of Chapter 128 of the Acts of the Twenty-sixth Legislature, entitled "An Act providing the mode by which horses, mule jacks, jennets and cattle may be prevented from running at large in certain counties" providing punishment, and adding thereto Section 20a and 20b.
