Relating to amending Sections 4, 8, 10, 11, Chapter 137, an act passed by the Thirtieth Legislature, "An Act changing the official title of the State Fish and Oyster Commission"; providing for resident hunting license, allowing the privilege of the Game Commissioner to issue permits to ship domesticated deer, pet fowl for breeding or exhibition purposes; providing fines and penalties.
