HB 826, 33rd R.S.
Relating to amending the Revised Civil Statutes with respect to granting injunctions and providing for appeals from orders and decrees of district and county courts, either granting or refusing temporary injunctions and fixing effects of appeals by amending said article in regard to appeals by providing that appeals may also be taken from an order or judgment refusing to dissolve such injunction.
